GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Conclusion of Contract
The rental agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the company (Alpha Apartments, a business division of Innova Wohnraum GmbH and EIFST GmbH).
2. Cancellation Policy (Withdrawal by the customer)
In the event of cancellation, the following fees will be charged:
- Up to 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the rental price (free of charge).
- Between 30 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price.
- Less than 8 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
No refund will be given for early departure after check-in.
3. Use of the Apartments and House Rules
The guest agrees to treat the rental property and its inventory with care.
- Smoking: Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. If available, smoking is only permitted on balconies or terraces. A special cleaning fee of €250 will be charged for violations of the indoor smoking ban.
- Quiet hours: General quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM. During this time, special consideration must be given to neighbors.
- Parties: Hosting parties or events is strictly forbidden.
- Occupancy: The apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the booking.
4. Changes by the Company
If the booked accommodation is unavailable due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., technical defects), the company is entitled to provide equivalent alternative accommodation. If this is not possible, any payments already made will be fully refunded; further claims are excluded.
5. Liability
The tenant is liable for all damage to the rental property caused by them or their companions.
